Chef Horton of the Jalissa Culinary Co. returns to teach us about a couple of key sauces in African cooking. She’ll discuss common ingredients and their cultural history along the way as you get to taste some classic recipes, including harissa chili paste and a hot pepper vinegar served with collard greens. Be prepared for some spice in this one!
