Free Class: Fermentation 101

Curious about fermented foods? In one of our most popular classes, Chef David Glass will teach us some fermenting basics in this cooking demonstration class. We’ll look at a basic sauerkraut, a salsa, and some fermented veggies. We’ll get to taste a variety of ferments as well. Chef Glass is currently one of the chefs for the Seattle Sounders. He previously worked at our restaurant partner Eden Hill Restaurant and a variety of other amazing fine dining restaurants. We’ll have 20 spaces available in this class and the link to register will appear here in early September.
