This year we are adding a Mediterranean Foods Garden, so our friends Zozan and Sheelan Shamdeen are returning to teach a class about Mediterranean food focused on ingredients we can grow here in the garden. This will be a cooking demonstration with tasting. Zozan runs the local catering company Soozveen and can be found some days at the Spice Bridge in SeaTac offering Mediterranean, Kurdish, and Iraqi cuisine.
