Chef David Glass returns to teach us how to make some of our own sauces from the garden… a marinara, a pesto sauce, and more. He’ll be demonstrating the recipes and we get to taste them. Chef Glass is currently one of the chefs for the Seattle Sounders. He previously worked at our restaurant partner Eden Hill and a variety of other excellent fine dining places. We’ll have 20 spaces available in this class and the link to register will be here in early August.
